How are winners or reward recipients selected?
Where a prize draw is involved, winners are selected through a transparent, computer-assisted random process. Every completed survey entry receives a unique participation number, and all participants have an equal chance. For surveys with guaranteed rewards, all eligible participants receive their reward automatically.
When and how will I find out if I've won or earned a reward?
Reward notifications are typically sent within 48 hours of completing a survey via the email address you provided. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received anything within three business days. For larger prize draws, we may also contact you by phone.
How are rewards delivered?
Digital rewards (gift cards, vouchers) are delivered directly to your email inbox. Physical items are dispatched via trusted delivery partners. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery. Average delivery time is 5–7 business days.
